The moderator's side panel displays four menus which organize the management tools:

• Management of video display
• Management of the collaborative work tools
• Management of the rooms and meetings
• Management of information

In this lesson, the management tools, from the Managing the collaborative work tools menu (2) in the moderator's side panel, will be explained.

When you click the icon for Managing the collaborative work tools, different icons appear. The following explains what each icon represents:

Icon	Description
	To view PowerPoint documents and annotations
	To view a video and annotations
	To use the whiteboard
	To share a spreadsheet
	To use PowerPoint sharing
	To use Website sharing
	To use text sharing
	To share a document from your computer
